Dear Anytime Fitness Friends

The reason I am writing to you is simple:  I would like you to accept my newsletters. These are the same ones that go all over the US, UK and Australia every 10 days or so. But, you may not want to,because you believe that they will be only  Spam.   If that sounds like where you are at, just say 'no thanks.' 

Nevertheless, If you want to give them a try, I think you'll benefit from what they have to say. Besides, they're FREE. So what have you got to lose? They are the result of me being into fitness for forty eight years; going from obese in 1962 to Powerlift champion in 1978 to doing daily ninety minute workouts in 2010.

In a nutshell,  they are always all about  GOFHW (good old fashioned hard work). That can sometimes be the hardest thing to keep up as you go through a plateau or any type of down period.  Nevertheless, staying at it no matter what, is what separates the winners from the losers. It always helps to hear this on a regular basis.

Dedication is what it's all about, and these newsletters will help you stay on course. Given enough time and persistence, they'll even start to make your whole program fun. All you need  to do is digest each one as you keep refusing to deviate from your regular fitness routine. It's as simple as that. It's just like brushing your teeth--something you would never even think about not doing before leaving the house. 

So make the decision to stay at it today and say yes to these newsletters. Join the ever growing group of people who are proud they have made a fitness lifestyle their standard way of life.
