What Can I Say or Do For You?

What can I do for you? Clearly I have no trouble making it to club everyday, eating the right stuff and spending my 70.00 a month on supplements (after discounts). But that can't be what you want or need to hear, is it? That just says that I have it easy while you don't. So say me something helpful, you scream.

I'd like to but I don't know what. You can write and then I'll know. But right now you aren't doing that, so I'm still talking to myself. What would I want to hear if I just got the inspiration to live like a health conscious individual (or Health Nut, if you still have to call yourself that--something like what your friends, relatives and neighbors feel driven to call you.).

Go for it. Dare to be different and don't give up. Put on your blinders when you're around the sedentary dollar burger consumers and ignore all of the ignorant helpers who don't want you to waste your hard earned money on pills that you pee away anyway. Stay away from these people if you can. Ignore them if you can't. Just remember that they look the way they do because of how they live. On the other hand, you want to be different. So here's the place to start.

Resolve to never miss a day at the club. That's whether you do a good workout or a bad one. Just do not ever not show up! Get onto a lo fat lo carb diet ( with NO weekend pigouts as a reward for being good during the week), and for gods sake get some vitamins and green tea capsules (or whatever) to keep your spirits up. Those will  keep you from over eating. Just give that all about a year and see what happens.

As a hint, you may find yourself grabbing onto a few others who are in a similar situation as yourself. Just remember that they're crucial to your success. So............make new friends and lose the old......... one is silver but the other isn't gold. Yes I know that's not how the song goes.
