How to Keep Your Cell Phone Away from The Club

Ultimately, you don't want to be doing your workout with a cell phone in your ear. Granted, it may be safer than driving if all that you're doing is keeping up a coversation while pedaling on an exercycle. So.... it ain't no bog deal! Too its better than not showing up to do your workout.

But talking while working out is not as good as being wholly involved in what you're doing. Most people don't have to be told this when it comes to weight lifiting. Break your concentration and you'l drop the weight or worse pull a muscle.

When it comes to aerobics its different. Being on the bike or running around the trackl is monotonous. Its boring and this is one of the big reasons that people just don't keep at it.

BUT you need to do this type of thing for at least 30 minutes everyday, just like brushing your teeth. You'd never miss doing that right? Same goes for motion and lots of it. You need it and America just doesn't get enough.

So, back to yesterday, if you have to it while on cell phone, do it. Just do it. Eventually get so good that you won't want to be bothered by having to talk to friends. PROMISE. Just stay at it.
