Atilla The Hun Maybe
The New Year is coming up and my publisher says that this is the time when tons of people make new resolutions to become entirely different people. Of course, I know this is common knowledge and so do all of the health clubs. They will see an influx of people who will be around for about three months. The question is are you going to still be there in May? Hopefully your answer is NO I wouldn't even think of going through this silly ritual. That's why starting today (like I should have done years ago) with the intent of working out even on my birthday because I want to enjoy the celebration (or on Christmas Day, etc)
Granted you may think of me a bit of a hard nose about all of this and that is reflected in my book, "Think and Grow Fit. which I'm promoting as we speak. But you may think I'm a breath of fresh air in a permissive sedentary culture. Please write if that's the case. We'll get along great and you'll be training for IronPerson by the end of 2010.
Yet, you may think I'm too much like Atilla the Hun. In that case, just find another "Here's How" book with a few easy answers that you've already thought of anyway.
